Les Perrières is the stony, southeast-facing Meursault premier cru bordering Puligny-Montrachet, often ranked among the appellation's unofficial grand crus. David Moret Meursault-Perrières 1er Cru 2024 is fermented with indigenous yeasts in 228-litre French oak barrels, about 30% new, and aged around 11 months before bottling without fining or filtration.
Lemon, white peach and green apple lead this Burgundy white, followed by pronounced minerality. Bright acidity and dense concentration give the palate focus.
