A unique combination of cool alpine climate, intense sunlight due to high elevation, and significant diurnal temperature shifts (hot days, cool nights). Xiaoling does not own vast estates. Instead, they work closely with local Tibetan farmers who have been growing grapes (for sacramental wine) for over a century. They manage the viticulture for specific, old-vine plots.
