Product Description
Francois Carillon builds this Puligny Montrachet from vines 19 to 49 years old, spread across several of the village's lieux-dits on clay and limestone soils. After at least 12 months in oak, the wine spends a further six months in steel tank before bottling.
Allen Meadows of Burghound writes: "A deft but not imperceptible application of wood surrounds the ripe and vaguely exotic aromas of white peach, poached pear and pretty acacia wisps." Jasper Morris MW scores it 90ā92 points.
