This indigenous Piedmont wine reveals remarkable complexity with aromas of honeysuckle, white peach, grapefruit, cedar, and ginger, layered with Mediterranean herbs, white flowers, and delicate mineral hints. Exuberant notes of broth, tropical fruits, and saline create an Alpine sensibility.

Textured and Dynamic

Medium-bodied with lovely waxy viscosity, the palate balances fresh pineapple, lime blossom, and citrus with unexpected crispness despite the warm vintage. Light bitter almond, white pepper spice, and salinity bring wonderful energy without any heaviness. Fermented without malolactic and aged partially in botte, this wine combines richness with bright acidity and mineral tang. From Elvio Cogno's pioneering Piedmont estate, this gastronomic wine promises masterful evolution through 2038.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0561/8188/2960/files/ElvioCogno_Anas-Cetta_LangheNascettadiNovello2022.jpg?v=1783171672
