Product Description
Génot-Boulanger Puligny Montrachet Les Levrons 2022 comes from a 0.35-hectare southeast-facing parcel of Chardonnay planted in 1988 on black clay. The grapes are hand-harvested and whole-bunch pressed.
Lemon leads the nose, with thyme, verbena and fresh white grapes. The musts go into oak without added sulphur, 10–15% of it new, and the wine spends 12 months in barrel with very light lees stirring after malolactic, then six months in tank.
