David Moret Les Folatières Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru 2024 comes from the appellation's largest premier cru, 17.6 hectares on the same mid-slope line as Montrachet and Chevalier-Montrachet. Moret buys his grapes from the same plots every year and ferments them in barrel.
Lemon zest and white flowers meet light toast over a flinty, mineral core. Fresh acidity keeps the palate focused through to the finish, in the taut, stony style this vineyard is known for.
